煮える（にえる/nieru）means "to boil; to cook; to be cooked."
私は晩ご飯にチーリーを煮る。
(watashi wa bangohan ni chiri wo niru.)
I cook Chili for dinner.
(I really am cooking Chili for dinner too, and I'm so hungryyyyyyyy... >.<)
