どうかな (doukana) from what I understand means something along the lines of "How about...?"
A: 我々はどこに行くべきでしょうか？
B: どうかな東京？
(A: wareware wa doko ni ikubeki deshou ka?
B: doukana Toukyou?)
A: Where should we go?
B: How about Tokyo?

It's getting harder to remember to post here every day now that I'm taking painting lessons and starting to make videos as practice... I feel like I have a lot more to do and less time to do it. :/ Well, I'll continue to try my best. ^^ がんばります！じゃ！
